Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 4, 2026

These terms apply when you apply for, enrol in or take part in The Shortlist, a program offered by AllTimeSoft Inc. ("AllTimeSoft", "we", "us"), a company based in Toronto, Ontario. By submitting an application or paying for the program, you agree to these terms.

1. The program

The Shortlist is a six-session job-search program delivered live online. It includes the live sessions, program materials, a shared progress tracker, and access to a private WhatsApp group for the duration of the program. Session dates and times are published on our website. We may adjust the schedule if needed, and we will give you as much notice as we can.

2. No guarantee of employment

The Shortlist is designed to strengthen your job-search techniques and skills and help you find a job faster. It does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers or any particular outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including the job market, employers' decisions and your own effort.

3. Applications and enrolment

Submitting an application does not reserve a place. After you apply, we will contact you with next steps and a secure payment link. Your place is confirmed once payment is received. We may decline an application if we do not believe the program is a good fit for you.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are shown in Canadian dollars on our website and are payable in full before the first session, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at the time of payment.

5. Refunds

If you decide not to proceed before the first session starts, we will refund your payment. Mandatory charges, such as payment processing fees, may be deducted. Once the first session has started, refunds are not guaranteed, but please contact us: we always try to accommodate you as much as we can.

6. Missed sessions

Life happens. If you miss a session, contact us and we will share the recording with you. We will go over the details in the first session.

7. If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel the program before it starts, we will refund your payment in full. If we need to reschedule a session, we will offer a new date or a recording.

8. Participant conduct

Treat other participants and the facilitator with respect. Resumes, stories and other information shared in sessions or in the WhatsApp group are confidential to the group and must not be shared outside it. We may remove anyone from the program or the group for abusive or disruptive behaviour, without a refund.

9. Recordings

Sessions may be recorded so that participants who miss a session can catch up. Recordings are for participants' personal use only and must not be downloaded, shared or published. You may not record sessions yourself without our permission.

10. AI tools

Some sessions use third-party AI tools. You are responsible for your own accounts with those tools, for what you choose to share with them, and for reviewing anything they produce before you use it. Those tools are governed by their providers' own terms and privacy policies.

11. Program materials

Templates, slides and other program materials are provided for your personal use. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them.

12. Limitation of liability

We provide the program in good faith and with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the program is limited to the fees you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost earnings or job opportunities.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you enrol applies to your enrolment.
