Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 4, 2026

AllTimeSoft Inc. ("AllTimeSoft", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through our website and programs, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

1. Information we collect

  • When you apply for The Shortlist: your first and last name, email address, phone number, education, target job role, and anything you add in the additional information field.
  • When you contact us: your name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message.
  • When you enrol: payment details, which are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • During the program: your participation, materials you choose to share such as your resume, and your progress in the shared tracker.

2. How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry or application.
  • To decide whether a program is a good fit for you.
  • To enrol you, take payment and deliver the program, including sending session links and program information.
  • Only if you opt in, to send you updates about future programs and events.

3. Consent

By submitting a form, you consent to us using your information for the purposes above. Marketing updates are separate and optional, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, although we may then be unable to provide the program.

4. The WhatsApp group

Program participants are invited to a private WhatsApp group. Members of the group can see each other's names and phone numbers. Joining is optional. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to your use of it.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website, email, payment, video meeting and messaging providers, and only as needed for them to provide their services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

6. Where it is stored

Some of our service providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information stored outside Canada may be subject to the laws of that country.

7. How long we keep it

We keep application and enquiry information for up to 24 months, and program and payment records for as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

8. How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and reputable service providers, to protect your information against loss, theft and unauthorized access.

9. Session recordings

Sessions may be recorded so that participants who miss one can catch up. Recordings are shared only with participants in that program.

10. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent. Contact us at support@alltimesoft.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
